    Incorrect logs size in statistics

Finally found the cause. It's AWStats in /var/www/vhosts/system/<domain>/statistics/webstat that fills up the accounts disk space. Is there any way to not include these?

    Incorrect logs size in statistics

No, still shows 130MB. This account was first on another server and had the exact same problem. I though moving it to another server (with other Plesk version) would solve it, but we're a few days later now and it still shows incorrect file size for logs. Log rotation is enabled and shows...

    Incorrect logs size in statistics

Hi, I have one subscription that shows incorrect statistics for the log file size. In the statistics pane it reports 130MB, while on the server in the /var/www/vhosts/domain/logs I only see 1.7MB. Are there any other locations where logs are kept that are included in the statistics? Thanks...

What happens with e-mail on old server after migration?

Ok, thanks. If afterwards I transfer only mail & mail configuration, will it add mails that still where delivered to the old server in the mailboxes on the new one, or will it remove and recreate the mailboxes and thus overwrite current mail?

What happens with e-mail on old server after migration?

Hi, If you transfered an account with the PMM, is e-mail still received on the old server being forwarded to the new one? Is it a good idea to transfer only e-mail & accounts again after DNS propagates to the new server? Thanks!

    /usr/local/psa/handlers/spool running full

Hi Denis, Thank you for your reply. The problem isn't in /var/qmail/queue though. When I check the queue statistics, all I get is about 66 messages at this moment: #/var/qmail/bin/qmail-qstat messages in queue: 66 messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 0 But, when I check the...

    /usr/local/psa/handlers/spool running full

Hi, I'm having the problem that after a long time /usr/local/psa/handlers/spool is getting full. It is mounted as a tmpfs of 1GB in size. When the spool gets full, no more mails are handled. As long as it isn't full, mails are working just fine. Does anyone have any idea why there are...

    PMM 7.1 -> 8.0.1 problems

Better late then never: On the old server, make a dump of the psa database, search & replace the word "latin1" (in the charset definitions) with "utf8". Do a restore with the new sql file and launch PMM on the new server again. It worked ok for me. Best regards, Bart

    Apache crashes at graceful restart

I tried the latest patch for Plesk, but it didn't resolve the problem. I could trace the problem back to PHP. When I commented the LoadModule php4_module, the problem disappeared. This of course disables PHP and I don't want that, so I uncommented the line again.. After that I went to...

    Apache crashes at graceful restart

Hi, When apache receives a graceful restart it crashes with the following error: I'm running Plesk 8 (without the last patch) on FreeBSD 6.0. My httpd.conf is straight forward, using prefork MPM. I've also installed Zend Optimizer 3. Thanks for any input, Bart

    Enhance server performance

The problem is probably due to reverse DNS lookups. There's a thread on the forum that describes how to disable it in FreeBSD. Problably it's not that different in Linux. You can find the thread at http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?threadid=20843&highlight=reverse%20DNS%20lookup Best...
