Can't renew SUS there's no link or product..

Just FYI, for others looking for the renewal link which is oddly difficult to find, it is https://www.plesk.com/software-update-service/

Error: Access denied: Your subscription was removed.

I stumbled across this issue as well. If anyone has a fix let me know. In my case domains have been migrated from a Plesk 11 server to a Plesk 11.5 server. The "Access to the Control Panel" checkbox is checked off in the e-mail account itself, but when I attempt to log in with the e-mail address...

Update notes not in release notes

Hello Parallels, Can you do me a kindness? Please do not release micro updates without adding some sort of documentation to your release notes section. The documentation should be done before the MU is available for download so people know what "important" security updates they are / have...

    Postfix SMTP sending error

Thanks abdi, I actually just switched from Postfix back to QMail... and I'm not switching back. That sort of sounds like a pretty big problem if an MU kills SMTP service, but anyways. Thanks for the heads up. -Matt

    Postfix SMTP sending error

Stumped at this one... I'm at 11.0.9 Update #13 which is running Postfix. I am unable to send mail. Not sure which update caused this, but it's one of the more recent ones. In /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog I see: Which results in: Any ideas? -Matt Simpson

10.4 upgrade - postfix adds multiple headers X-No-Auth: unauthenticated sender

Interesting... I am still experiencing this in Plesk 11.0.9.

    pleskrestore in 11.0.9 Update #9

Interesting. I could try that. What do you think of this? 1. Set up the new virtual machine with new IP addresses. 2. Using the Migration Manager to migrate everything from the old physical machine to the new virtual machine. 3. Once everything has been migrated to the new virtual...

    pleskrestore in 11.0.9 Update #9

I am trying to do something which should be pretty easy... migrate one of our web servers from a physical machine to a virtual machine, and I am running into serious issues with the pleskrestore utility. Here was my plan of action: 1. Backup the physical server with pleskbackup utility...

    Pleskrestore really slow

So what do we do in the mean time if we're trying to use the pleskrestore utility? I'm in the same boat, deployer is taking 100% of the CPU, and doesn't appear to be doing anything. Any time frame for 11.1?

Unable to "complete switching to the Panel 10 business model"

Hello lo_ai, I would love to say I've solved it... but I haven't. The issue persists. I'm a bit hesitant to upgrade to version 11 until I get this figured out. If I come up with anything, I'll certainly post it. If you figure anything out, please let me know. ~Matt

[report] Plesk 10.4.4 statistics are never updated

Regards to my previous post I resolved it by symlinking the missing file: ln - /usr/share/awstats/tools/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl /usr/share/awstats/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl Now stats appear to be generated correctly. ~Matt

[report] Plesk 10.4.4 statistics are never updated

I would love to say that MU5 fixed my statistics issue, but it appears as though I'm still having an issue (albeit slightly different that prior to MU5): [root@web01 sbin]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-all WARNING during statistics_collector execution: : sh...

No Webmail on New IP Addresses

Hahaha. Figures... if I would have waited ONE more day Plesk 9.2 would have been out and I would have had the migration tools back, instead of going through the whole backup Plesk 7.5 > restore to Plesk 8.6 > backup Plesk 8.6 > restore to Plesk 9.0.1 process. haha. Anyways, yes this indeed...

    Plesk 9.0.1 / Any changes ?

I suppose I should comment on this a bit. I have generally been fairly critical of Plesk over the years, and while I definitely don't agree with their new licensing policy at all (in fact it's nearly robbery) and this silly move towards "leasing" software, I have had far fewer problems with...

    Plesk 9.0.1 / Any changes ?

That's not a Plesk issue. You shouldn't be using zen.spamhaus.org on the port your users are using to send mail, you should be using sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org.

No Webmail on New IP Addresses

Hello, Just wanted to confirm with others that this is a bug in 9.0.1? 1. Added two new IP addresses to a Plesk 9.0.1 server. 2. Created a new client, and added the new IP's to the IP Pool. 3. Restored a client backup to that client, and assigned his domains to the two new IPs. 4...

    Suexec policy violation

Does anyone happen to have a support contract with SWSoft? I do not... I'd be interested in what they have to say about this. Best Regards, Matt Simpson
