I removed all related to sitebilder rpms - there were ~8-10 ones and then removed in "Modules" in "System" panel two sitebilder remote admin modules... restarted Apache and everything is back, only QMail still does not work - can not start it

Wow!!!! I resolved the problem now! after sitebilder uninstallation I checked the "Modules" on the System menu and found that there were two ones for remote sitebuilder management... Removed them, restarted apache and wow everything came back! All my 10+ domains!
