If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
I have moved from Plesk 7.0.3 and no longer have the patch. Here's how I got the file though:
Download and install Dr.Web on your computer (not your web server). You can do this from their website.
Update it to the latest virus definitions.
Copy the file upload.drl from your computer to...
That particular file is the only thing i've been able to find that controls the updates. If you try to run the DrWeb windows update program (I think its drwebupdw.exe or something like that), does it work?
Now, the standard version of DrWeb that comes with Plesk only works with the first 15...
I'm not sure if this would work for you astech, but you could open a plesk support ticket. They charge $75 per incident and have been very helpful each time I have delt with them. The site to open a ticket is:

Hummm is right. Looks like we found the problem if those are the only files you have in that directory. I'm amazed anything is working for you. Compare your file listing to the one below. A file listing of the bin directory running on Windows Server 2003 w/ Plesk 7.0.3 should be something more...
No, you won't lose your sites/clients. websrvmng --reconfigure-all reconfigures IIS according to the settings stored in the Plesk configuration database. If you've made any changes through IIS instead of the Plesk control panel, I woudn't guarantee it won't reset them though.
Also, after...
So, you're getting the error you first posted about when you try to backup Plesk? Just to make sure we are on the same page, you are using the backup utility on the server that Plesk provides - not trying to backup through the control panel - correct?
The "Suspend control panel services...
Make a backup first, then try running the following from c:\program files\swsoft\plesk\admin\bin:
websrvmng --reconfigure-all
This has fixed a number of IIS domain related issues I have had over the past couple of weeks.

If you'd like, forward me the email with the attachment to [email protected]. I'll see if I can repair the .zip file. If I can, i'll send you a link so you can download it from your server. Let me know.

All you need to do is:
Save the zip file that is attached to the email you received from Plesk to your server desktop.
Unzip the file on the server
Run the .exe file from the server
Thats it - Its that easy.

Are you running SP2? I know things just quit working, but there were some random issues with domain creation pre SP2. Checkout the details here:

Actually, you don't need IISPassword. If you are still having this problem check out the link to fix it:

I ran into this problem on my Windows 2003 Server running Plesk 7.0.3. When I created a protected directory and user through Plesk, everything seemed to work fine. However, when I went to check the directory, it let me to the files - no request for credentials. I read a few posts on the forum...
Those of you running Plesk 7.0.3 on Windows and you use Dr. Web that came with Plesk for AV software, you might want to check the DrWebUpW.log file located in the c:\program files\swsoft\plesk\drweb folder on your server.
As of the 19th of January, something changed in the signature that Dr...
