I would prefer to fix the main problem and not programm workarounds cause parallels is unable to fix their own software. That is parallels tactic. TCPREMOTEIP should have the IP. Not more not less. How tcp-env had it the last 5 years.

Hey. The software is from parallels!!! I would NEVER install any software from parallels, when I have not minimum the 3rd hotfix. Maybe a dirty and fix hack is to copy old /var/qmail/bin/tcp-env to new system. :))) - Peter

I dont know, on mine pleskserver courier-imap works pop3, I dont need any pop3 in inetd. For ftp plesk put normally config-files in /etc/xinet.d/ if they not exists, create them.

To made the same faster and easier with less commands: apt-get install apt-src apt-src --build install apache2 php4 php4-mcrypt php4-rrdtool php4-imagick php4-imap php4-pgsql php4-ps php4-xslt apt-src should also download all additional needed .debs.
