This problem persists on some systems, even with MU9 installed. Solution was to enable ipv6 in the Kernel.

This issue was fixed on our Systems with MU9, no more errors with outgoing mails to freenet.de

Seems like MU9 for 10.3.1 fixed this, it includes qmail-remote binary http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_10.3.1/microupdates/MU9

Late answer, but i had this Problem myself; Horde needs a sendmail path configured that specifies "-t" switch to make sendmail extract the recipient from the mail header. I changed sendmail args in /etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/conf.php to make it work...

I could fix this issue by dropping table Subscriptions from the psa database and re-creating it. Sql statement for this table is provided in /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.10.1-bootstrapper/db/psa_db.sql, this recreates table with missing 'custom' and 'uuid' fields.

In my case i got Debian/etch installed but accidential configured the apt sources for sarge. Thus leas to "Not found source for system packages" when trying to upgrade plesk.

sql dumps I attached correct sql dumps for both tables from a fresh install, they can be easyly imported through phpmyadmin. Cheers, Tim.
