    Script to Enable SSL Support

Hello! We have many hundreds of domains on our Plesk 11.5 server (Linux) but many of them do not have SSL support enabled. Does anyone know of a script that would enable it for all domains and subdomains on our server, to save the tedious time of manually checking every domain?

    Server Health shows Zero Usage

Yeah, just checked. Still seeing 0 usage for everything.

    Server Health shows Zero Usage

Thanks for the suggestion! I ran that command, and the output was "Operation completed successfully". However, upon logging back into Plesk, it still shows that I'm using 0 bytes of disk space, no ram, no CPU etc.

    Server Health shows Zero Usage

In Plesk 11 on Linux, the Server Health tool shows that we are using 0bytes of all drives, 0 CPU, 0 RAM, etc. Anyone know how to fix that?

    Domains tab not remembering changes

Right, but it sure would be a NICE feature if it would remember this even after logout. A cookie would work, or even better yet save the settings in the database for the user. Or, even make it a server-wide settings. It's all about the little things, and by version 11 you'd think problems...

    SSL on EC2

Thank you for the reply, but that is unfortunately unrelated to my issue.

    SSL on EC2

Parallels bills it's Plesk product as a cloud product, but they really fail to live up to this claim. For the past 4 months, we have been trying to run Plesk 10 for Windows on an EC2 instance, and there certainly have been a lot of challenges to overcome, one of which is promised to be fixed in...

    Error: IP pool is empty

I ended up opening a ticket on this, and they found the problem. The problem is caused when you change the main A record IP address in the DNS template. By default, this template has <ip> in that field, and I changed it to the static IP of our server. Changing it back to <ip> fixed the...

    Removing Mail Tab

Paralles claims that they will add the ability to remove the mail tab in Plesk 10.1. Can't wait!

    Error: IP pool is empty

Once I create the account, and get the above error, I take a look at the domain, and it claims that it's trying to use a dedicated IP. During the setup stage I absolutely selected the shared IP. Why is it doing this, and how to I change the IP?

    Error: IP pool is empty

Whenever I create a new customer in Plesk 10, I get the following error: Error: IP pool is empty. What is causing this? I'm using the standard shared IP on the server. Any ideas?

    Removing Mail Tab

We have a new Plesk 10.0.1 for Windows server, but we handled all our email on a remote mail server. We would like to remove the 'Mail' tab on the client's control panel. How can we remove that tab?

Plesk 8.2 Windows to Plesk 8.2 Linux Migration

Plesk's response is that this is not possible, and likely won't ever be possible. More and more each day I get the distinct impression that SWSoft really doesn't care about their customers. Even our sales contact (Marco) has begun upsetting me greatly, with misleading and derogatory comments...

Plesk 8.2 Windows to Plesk 8.2 Linux Migration

Actually, the manual for 8.2 Linux says: "and also for migration from older releases of Plesk and from different platforms of Plesk". They specifically mention different platforms of Plesk, not just different hosting platforms. I guess my big concern here is that the manual seems to say...

Plesk 8.2 Windows to Plesk 8.2 Linux Migration

Actually, the Linux 8.2 manual says that Plesk for Linux 8.2 can migrate from other platforms of Plesk. This would seem to say that Plesk for Windows migration works, as there are no other platforms than Linux and Windows in the Plesk world.

    PHP5 Bug in Plesk 8.2

This fix is a little misleading. While replacing the libmysql.dll file will work, you need to replace the correct one, or this will appear not to work. Make sure you are replacing the one in: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5

Migrate from Plesk 8.1 to Linux 8.1

I would also love to hear something on this. I can successfully migration Linux -> Windows, but can't get Windows -> Linux working at all. I constantly get errors.

How did your upgrade go? Good or Bad?

I performed an upgrade over the weekend, and it went as smooth as butter. However, after the upgrade, we are experiencing some extremely weird problems with mySQL.

    Domain Not Resolving!!!

FIX OK, here's the fix: Click on the Modules link in the left navigation, and then select Firewall. Once in there, click the 'Edit' button, and then click the Activate button. Follow the prompts, and all should be rectified. This assumes that you have not changed the default Plesk...
