No errors - and the site seems to be directed to the default page. As of now the site stopped working. So when it is turned back on (un-suspend) I get the white page. Any requests to subpages will generate an error in apache error_log for the default site.

Found the solution: update this file: /etc/apt/sources.list.ai_back and you should be able to run the auto installer.

I had the same problem with fresh debian 4.0 install and fresh plesk 8.2 install. Look at the installer log in /tmp/ In my case I had to install bind before installing Plesk: apt-get install bind9 did it! good luck.
