No I never got it to work. So I just decided to use an online webserver (IIS, win2003) and use Transmit + skEdit to do my work. It will then save on FTP automatically whenever I save, so I can refresh the content in my browser afterwards.

Great jerry, good to know :) Did you stop DrWeb antivirus while you installed? The installation instructions says something about stopping on-access antivirus scanners and doing something else with the "mail storage", which I'm not sure what means? Did you just download and install the file...

Anyone tried this lockdown patch yet: http://www.mailenable.com/security/lockdown.asp I'm using MailEnable as part of PLESK 8.1 on my server, so I don't know how plesk will behave when the patch starts creating users and change rights on the system... Any experiences please?

Are you sure spam protection is available for the plesk license you have? Its not in mine. You might wanna check that.

I think you can use the Plesk Backup tool to create a .psa file of your settings, domains etc. Then use Plesk Restore on your 2nd HD, to import it again. Your MySQL databases might not come with, using the plesk backup/restore tools, but they can be find somewhere in program...
