    Resolved 500 Plesk\Lock\Exception

Nice! I can confirm the issue is fixed for me too after upgrading to 18.0.41. Thanks for the heads up. Disappointing that I can't find any mention of the issue in the changelog.

    Resolved 500 Plesk\Lock\Exception

In fairness, no, the service of Plesk in the past has been excellent. That's part of the reason I have always advocated enabling automatic updates in the past, but given the lack of response on this issue, I will not be doing that any more.

    Resolved 500 Plesk\Lock\Exception

No, I just tried again and got the "Connection refused" error seconds after clicking update and seeing "Downloading new version of the installer". The update does seem to complete, but you will no longer be able to access Plesk -> Updates because it redirects to port 8447. Just out of curiosity...

    Resolved 500 Plesk\Lock\Exception

I just updated to 18.0.40-mu1 which according to https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410745331858-Unable-to-log-in-to-Plesk-after-update-to-version-18-0-40-Lock-Manager-error-getrandom- is supposed to fix the issue. The Plesk update completes and shows the new version, but attempting to...

    Resolved 500 Plesk\Lock\Exception

I have the same issue. My Plesk is on a VPS with Debian 9 on Virtuozzo 6, so a kernel upgrade is not possible.

Plesk Panel License no longer Auto Extends

Execute the following command from inside the VPS: dpkg -L anacron | grep anacron In the output you will find entries for the following files: /etc/cron.d/anacron /etc/cron.daily/0anacron /etc/cron.weekly/0anacron /etc/cron.monthly/0anacron Those files do not exist in your VPS. You can start...

Plesk Panel License no longer Auto Extends

I've been having the same problem with tons of VPS customers running Plesk. Like you, there are no problems reaching the license server. I've just realised that this is probably related to cron (more specifically anacron) being massively broken on CentOS/Debian & Ubuntu VPSs. Does anyone know...

How do I change the default IP address?

Hi, I have a test server that I have cloned from production running 10.4.4. This is because the customer is currently running Plesk 9 and I want to perform extensive testing with him so that he is happy before we upgrade the production server. The test server has been allocated different...

Where is Parallels Plesk server monitoring and management from mobile devices?

If that's the case, then shouldn't the version free templates have been held back from the vzup2date repositories? They show up as pp-* when you run vzup2date. That's how I came across them and the non-existent android app. Cheers, Andrew

Where is Parallels Plesk server monitoring and management from mobile devices?

Yup ;) Click on Home in the sidebar and the first available link is: Parallels Plesk Server Mobile Monitor, which will take you to: https://<your servername>:8443/admin/promotion/mobile-monitor/. However, that's as far as you're going to get for Android. The link above takes you to a page...

Need urgent help - PHP 5.2 on Plesk 10.3.1

No, the version of php provided by versions of CentOS prior to 5.6 is 5.1.6 (see this CentOS wiki article 13. Is PHP 5.2.5 released for CentOS?). Don't blame Parallels for a CentOS issue. CentOS 5.6 and 5.7 also provide the php53 packages. I don't know about Magento but Joomla versions...

    Error: ASP.NET on PLesk 9.3

This thread saved me from a nasty situation last night after upgrading from 9.3 to 9.5.5, but I had to apply both fixes from jamesfsafdsaf and jpark61567, or I got permission errors when running the cacls command. So the process that resolved everything for me was to add: <Entry...
