Issue IP addresses interface is not loading correctly

This server is 2012 R2. The interface available at Tools & Settings >> IP addresses loads and shows all IP addresses. Unfortunately, clicking on about half the IP addresses shows a page without some text replacements unassigned and little other data. Here's a copy & paste of some of the...

Resolved Plesk Onyx keeps resetting permissions on a different drive

Whenever a micro-update is automatically installed by Plesk Onyx, it is resetting permissions on a different drive. I understand the goal (security) of forcing psaadm and psacln to be denied rights outside their respective tree, but I need to be able to store a large media repository on another...

automatic update broke external email relay, with fix

An automatic security update was applied to one of my servers yesterday and it broke outbound SMTP. Clients could email each other, and receive email from third parties, but could not send email out from the server to third-party mail services. The update modified the file /etc/postfix/main.cf...

SSL on email broken since 11.0.9 MU#62

Parallels logged into the server and "fixed it" by reverting to the pre-upgrade database, populating the email accounts with no passwords (such as forwarders) with a generic password, and then converting the mail server to use qmail instead of postfix. This resulted in many scripts and...

SSL on email broken since 11.0.9 MU#62

mchk reported that mail_auth_dump failed. I went through the processes here to fix it: http://kb.parallels.com/en/121095 There were a couple forwarder accounts without passwords assigned. These were fixed. No other problems identified. Any thoughts or input on where to go from here?

SSL on email broken since 11.0.9 MU#62

Here's the details on MU#62: http://kb.parallels.com/en/122245 Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this should be causing this. Any other suggestions? I'm going to run mchk now.

Plesk Panel (v.11.5) Domain Page 502 Bad Gateway Nginx Error

The important step is that you MUST disable it before uninstalling. If you fail to disable it first then you'll continue to have problems. Did you disable it first and run reconfig?

Plesk Panel (v.11.5) Domain Page 502 Bad Gateway Nginx Error

It's also a permissions problem (perhaps nginx doesn't run with credentials necessary to perform the same tasks as apache). I'd expect disabling and removing it to fix it though.

Plesk Panel (v.11.5) Domain Page 502 Bad Gateway Nginx Error

Have you tried disabling and removing nginx yet? http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?264685-How-can-I-disable-nginx-completely /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/nginxmng -d /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all Then remove it through the autoinstaller...

map mail from one domain to another hosted on the same *server*

I was finally able to get this to work again by resetting all the DNS mappings to their defaults, creating the email host (without www), removing the www mapping in DNS properties, save, then setting the 'preferred domain' option to 'none' (I think this was key). Finally, create the second...

map mail from one domain to another hosted on the same *server*

it's actually worse than that, even. I've been trying to find alternatives, and apparently I can't even setup example.com and www.example.com as separate sites, even if I disable (and "update") the 'www' DNS value from the example.com subscription. Going to try it via the CLI.

All domains read certain files only from /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs

The most likely issue is that the site is configured as a different domain or IP than what is actually being requested. I know you probably already checked this, but just to be safe - you've surely ensured that the IP address you're requesting it from is the exact same IP as the one you mapped...

map mail from one domain to another hosted on the same *server*

(I meant server) I have been using a similar setup on plesk 10 for quite a while. I don't know why, but it's not allowing me to set it up the same way under 11.5. Here's what I need. I have two sites hosted on the same server: example.A example.B However, I need mail sent to either...

Looking for SQL statement to set ALL plans and sites SSL support off

And the way to do this with the CLI is this command: /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription -u example.com -ssl false Replace example.com with the subscription name. You can also do it all in one fell swoop with this (makes path assumptions): pushd /var/www/vhosts for eaDomain in `ls .` do...

    upgrade failure - db issues

I upgraded from 10.12 to 11.5 tonight, and it hasn't gone well. My login doesn't work, the psa database appears corrupted, and re-importing it from the last dump only made things worse. I'm now getting this error: MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'parentDomainId' in 'where clause' I...

    Disabling awstats.pl

You can disable stats for one site with this (replace example.com with your problem domain): /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webstatmng --unset-configs --stat-prog=awstats --domain-name=example.com /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webstatmng --clean --stat-prog=awstats --domain-name=example.com
