@AlfredoP With your solution it appears you are not filtering your messages with DrWeb or Spam Assassin at all? Unless perhaps your doing something with procmail maybe.

This is something I'd love to know as well, Ever isnce the 9 upgrade I've had both Mail and Remote mail and it confuses my customers.

Are you running drweb? my copy has hundreds of files it's kept that were infected, the database for it also spans hundreds of files.

You need a plesk license for each server you plan to use.

ZopfWare are you using expand and are your cleints Expand Clients or Plesk Clients? I re-installed Expand and my problem briefly went away. That is until I changed my clients from Plesk Clients to Expand Clients, now I'm back to getting the nightly emails for those clients I've changed to Expand.
