Ok the problem was the Help Desk Mail Gate Settings, the upgrade from 9.2.2 to 9.2.3 corrupted one of the settings, changed and all is working again.

Hi We have tried everything, rebooting, everything. however our /usr partition only has 4.7gb total and 1.2gb free, so we need to work out how to move this tmp dir to our /var partition :( Thanks

Hi This works fine but if I click the save button it still tries to copy to the other directory on our /usr partition. It seems that Plesk needs to copy it to tmp first :( Any ideas Thanks

Also all of our backups show the time of 12:01am??? as when it creates the backups the files actually never get the correct time, or plesk backup manager is not using our scheduled times??? Any ideas. We are using Plesk 9.0.0.2 on FedoraCore6 x86-64???

Hi We have found an issue with plesk backups, if I click the Save button from the control panel for some reason it copies the backup to: /usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp however on some systems, eg. our dedicated root server from 1and1 the /usr partition is only 4.7GB and we only have 1.2GB available...

You can upgrade with: rpm -Uvh <package-name> eg. rpm -Uvh courier-imap-3.0.8-cos5.build90081222.11.i586.rpm Or install with: rpm -ivh <package-name>

But we dont even get bugs we report acknowledged by any fodum admins etc. :( some communication would be nice.

Shame we cant find out what problems they acknowledge are not fixed and are working on.

Ah the people I know with this issue have FTP backup hosted at 1and1, lets hope Parallels fix it as no word on :(

Maybe worth manually installing, but I have never tried this for all dependencies etc. so cannot guarantee that would not break anything else :(

Unfortunately I dont believe we use mailman, please let me know how to check this as we only use the server for our own use and not to resell hosting etc.
