    Error in statistics, logs duplicated

I got today to this same issue in plesk 12. I have the same duplicate log files under vhosts/domain/logs and vhosts/system/domain/logs and can't figure out why this happens. Did you find anything out?

Plesk 10.4.4: External emails not receiving @ mailserver

Could you please more specific. What permissions exactly have to be changed to fix this?

Plesk 10.4.4: External emails not receiving @ mailserver

This struck me today. Commenting out the 3 lines in main.cf did the trick for me, but obviously is not an optimal solution

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

well, I got these PAM errors only after replacing some files with "fixed" versions Igor gave me. So your problem seems to be totally different than mine. As noted in my previous post, I had just to change the password in the original server, and then it got transfered.

Make a domain admin access account in plesk 10 like plesk 9 domain adminstrator

from what I understand, you have to create a Client and assign the subscription to that Client to have similar functionality as in Plesk 9.5. Of course, to create a Client you have also to create a new subscription, so what you really have to do is to create a the Client with a dummy...

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

whow!!! I changed the ftp username, the ftp password and the domain admin password, and it worked like a charm!! I don't know which change of all did the trick, but it must have been the ftp password. All the other changes were rolled back to the original installation (usermng etc) This came...

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

it was indeed double gziped. I managed to replace the file and did a new migration, but I'm afraid with the same problem <?xml version="1.0"?> <execution-result status="success"><object name="DOMAIN" type="domain"><object name="DOMAIN" type="hosting"><message code="ExecCmd::ExFailed"...

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

    I tried your suggestion, but now I get another error "Failed preliminary check by password service" <?xml version="1.0"?> <execution-result status="success"><object name="DOMAIN" type="domain"><object name="DOMAIN" type="hosting"><message code="ExecCmd::ExFailed"...

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

I get a "1" as output which I believe means that the user does not exist (trying with an existing user from other account outputs a "0") root@s7 ~ # /opt/psa/admin/sbin/usermng --user-exist --user=MYUSERNAME 1

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

no, I'm afraid that this isn't the problem either. I checked the user table and there are no usernames conflicting with the usernames of the databases being transferred.

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

thank you for the suggestion Igor, but I'm not ready to pay for something which seems to be a bug in Plesk (at least not yet). More information in case someone else encounters this: I even renamed both the domain and the domain's ftp account before migration, and I get the exact same error...

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

I agree that this seems to be the problem. But where else could be traces of these accounts? And I have to add that this does not happen only to 1 or 2 domains. I have until now about 7 domains with the exact same problem, and I am still counting as I migrate the rest of the domains

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

Igor, thank you for your answer, but I'm afraid this did not resolve the problem. I had already cleaned /var/www/vhosts with the directory of the domain, and /etc/passwd was already cleaned as well. Table sys_users and accounts was already cleaned by me too. (of course I checked all of them...

migration from 9.5 to 10 keeps failing with user already exists error

I'm migrating domains from plesk 9.5 to plesk 10, both on linux (from ubuntu 6.06 to ubuntu 10.04). Most of the domains are migrated with no problems, but there are some of them that keep failing with errors like the attached file (success with errors is reported, but no files are transfered)...

Make a domain admin access account in plesk 10 like plesk 9 domain adminstrator

ok, I'm in the exact same position. I got to the user accounts and roles section by myself, but I can't see how to restrict an account to a single domain. Has anyone found the solution to this? An a comment abou the user manual... user manuals are good to get a deeper understatnding on...
