    Yes it's installed. I upgraded from 9.5.3 to 10.0.1 (i had a problem during upgrade - after paying 75$ for the support team the 2nd line of support completed the upgrade) but now FTP isn't working

    Same here, they made me pay 75$ for a control panel fix while it was a bug with there upgrade script from 9 to 10 as it wouln't take passwords that had '+' in it. now FTP isn't working! I would honestly stay away.
