Thanks abdi. Was this from 5.0 or 5.1? There's a substantial difference between them - MySQL recommend exporting and importing databases, for example - which is why I'm a little concerned. You didn't have any complaints from customers about changes in MySQL responses or anything?

I can confirm this problem with the domain I was trying to send to, eirebloc.com has spamtitan1.hosting365.ie as MX, and spamtitan1.hosting365.ie is aliased to spamtitan1.hosting365.com. Just plain bad DNS admin. Well spotted jola.

Also having this problem. Tried the new binary with a qmail restart but no-go. Domain that's throwing the error is eirebloc.com, no apparent DNS problems.
