    Thanks for answering. I'm logged in as Admin, in Service Plans I have 3 plans that are owned by "ProviderA". If I go to a Subscription and select it and then Change Plan then none of the 3 plans are shown and only No Change appears.. Reseller "ProviderA" owns all customers.. What is the problem...

    Hello, On Plesk 11 I added a new Service Plan but when trying to assign it to a Subscription it does not appear in the Drop down list, it keeps saying "No change". Any idea what could be the problem ?

    How do I set autoresponder that will contain the senders message? Isnt there a tag like "Re: <request_subject>" but for the message that is sent?
