If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
I had the very same issue on a CentOS 5.6 container running Plesk 10.3.1. The solution for me was the following:
The execution of Daily Maintenance Script failed with the error below:

error: tomcat:2 glob failed for /usr/share/tomcat5/logs/*.log

The reason for this is because Tomcat...
Has a resolution for this issue been written up in a kb article? I'm not able to login as I continue to be denied entry:

Thanks Paul. My attempts were performed through an ssh session when I encountered the error. I wonder what theory parallels has on what would cause such an error when entering from the hwnode.

Thanks hostasaurus -- I have attempted running the autoinstaller twice to no avail. Good to know on the qmail-smtpd issue you've discovered. Seems parallels has been providing updates only to discover issues with them, in particular issues with "PCI compliance scanners are failing because...
Can this be wrapped into a MU for 10.3.1? This bug affects all new customer accounts as we deploy with Plesk 10.3.1 by default. I've tried installing the patch on our local mirror site, but MD5 checksum fails after a mirrorctl update.

If you want to upgrade to Plesk 10.4.4, you can do so from the command line:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-id PLESK_10_4_4 --upgrade-installed-components
Otherwise, if you'd like me to take a look at your VPS, send me a PM
I am fully aware of Parallels Lifecycle, which is precisely why I'm asking this question. I am preparing to migrate a couple thousand customers. Any help on how to reread the IP address via cmd line in Plesk 9 would be helpful as I'd like to use the php migration script, even though in current...
From what other users have reported, keys would update themselves via the automated process, even without the patch, so it was probably updated before you applied the patch.
It worked for me by downloading the patched file and replacing /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3. I of course made a backup copy of the original file first.
I'm looking to reread IP addresses via the command line in Plesk 8.x and 9.x, just as you can in Plesk 10 with /usr/local/psa/bin/ipmanage --reread.
I've found '/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/ifmng --reread' in my Plesk 9.5.4 installation, but it does not list the newly added IP address. I still...
I would agree with abdi and plan for upgrading. Plesk 8 reaches EOL this Sept: http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/lifecycle/
What version of virtuozzo are you running and what base OS are the containers running? Lifecycle policies for virtuozzo are listed here...
Yes, it will keep plesk on the same version.
