Hi, When I migrate a subdomain, from cPanel to Plesk, it shows up as a domain, not a subdomain. How can I make it so when I migrate all of my accounts / subdomains, the subdomains go into the subdomains folder instead of acting like an actual domain? Thanks!

Hi, read post 6 and 16 on page 1. You need to remove it from the Plesk database too. google how to connect to the Plesk database via SSH, then do a dump to backup and run this command: delete from cl_param where param='ppb-url'; Logout, then login and it will be gone.

Hi, I opened a support ticket with GoDaddy. Login to your GoDaddy account, Goto Server, Click on the server (which will open the GoDaddy control panel) and open a trouble ticket. They took care of it with no questions asked. Hope that helps!
