ok then so user will go on sending mails via apache ; as you see 48 is apache id depending on described on the knowladge base. How should i block the apache for current user ?

Yes deleting is easy in a few step i could remove a domain record from plesk ,windows and mail enable but the real issue there is no luck to add domains

One more note i tryed webservmngr for to reconfigure the hosts which has mssql db and checked folder and file permissions for network services
