Since Plesk by default doesn't seem to restrict database users to a host / hosts. I know how to set this for new users, and I also know how to alter this setting from the Plesk panel for existing users, but since I have to deal with a lot of existing unrestricted users...

We had SQL server 2012 installed on our server which we had to remove from the server.
We deleted all the databases from the Plesk and uninstalled SQL2012 via RDP.
However some database users got left out undeleted from plesk and show as connected to "Any database" in plesk
