my customers connected via microsoft sql server softwares on their pc's through port 1433.
I suppose that he do it with mssql administrative account? Or how? Whose database does he see?

my friends, igorg, if it's possible i'll get more information and share this here. this topics will open.
sorry.

I think this is more a Microsoft issue than plesk. I read somewhere in microsoft forums there is a command you can run but it is not for "shared hosting" really as it then takes certain permissions away it requires.
