Apache Memory Resource

Hello,

We are having issues with one of our servers, apache stops 3 times per week, we have on this moment Fedora 5, with Intel(R) Xeon(R)CPU 3050 @ 2.13GHz and 4 GB of memory, we have 300 domains on this server.

The firewall it's active, and the following ports blocked for remote access:
MySQL; PostgreSQL; Tomcat; Samba; Plesk VPN

As you can see apache it's getting to many memory, Plesk 8.2
Any one have tips for this problem?
