Apache Stopping Need Help!!!

My Apache Server Keeps crashing several times a day and these are the errors:

What can I do to fix this what is causing it?

Generating some system statistics (Memory, load, disk space,..) for 24 hours or so would help to find out why this is happen ...

how would i go about getting that information for a 24 period?

there are many tools for that ....
mrtg, cacti, ....

maybe you take a quick look to the actual system stat with df, free, top
is there enough disk space, is the system swaping ....

These are all from when my server has about 150-200 people actively on it. It only has one website, a vbulletin (mysql based) forum. I have a 2.53GHz Cel, 1024MB RAM, 80GB SATA. Usually this doesnt happen at peak times as today it happened at 9:30-9:40 and we only had about 70 users on. Thanks
