Backup/Restore shows IP default domain

Hi,

When I backup or restore a domain the domain is deactivated, which is normal. But after, when the domain comes back online, it's always the DEFAULT DOMAIN for the IP that is shown and not the wright domain !

After apache has restarted, the proper domain is back, strange.

Maybe it has something to do with the installed sitebuilder, because before I haven't seen this bug.

Regards,
Bart

I do not quite understand your problem, but i have experienced that Plesk's domain (and psadump's) restore always restores the PTR record in EVERY domain !

That's soo wrong .. you should only have a PTR record for the 'main/default' domain on your server.

Hi,

Wrong ! Because I have 4 IP's on my server, so for each IP I must have a "default domain".

Regards,

Bart

What do you mean with 'wrong'?

Make sure only the 4 domains that you want to be 'default' for an ip have a PTR record.
