Can not change admin password

S

stevie20

Guest
After installing the hotfix via auto-updater, i am not able to change the admin password.

Following error message occurs:

Fehler: Administratorpasswort konnte nicht geändert werden: copy_file failed: copy_file: System Error: invalid file paths in /opt/psa/admin/bin/copy_file /opt/psa/tmp/nsf(some-characters) /etc/psa/.psa.shadow:

The file, which is going to be copied is not there.

Has anybody a solution?

Hello Omid,

look in your psa/admin/bin directory. There is a binary called ch_admin_passwd.

ch_admin_passwd --help should give you any information you need.

Regards,

Stevie
