Hello,

Why can't I change Client e-mail address from admin?

Here is what I am doing:

1) Go to control panel login
2) Log in as admin
3) Click on Clients in lefnav
4) Click on the Client's name in the list
5) Click on Edit
6) I change the email address to another one
7) I click on OK

If I click again on Edit, the old e-mail address is still their.

Why is that?

Thanks for your help.

So, any news from that issue, I'd appreciate getting support please?

Thanks.

I posted my plesk version as you requested, so I'm kind of expecting an answer from you... what's up?

We were testing this problem but could not reproduce it. If you have an active support on your key, you can contact support team to investigate this problem.

If I understand properly, you are asking me to PAY for helping you fixing your bugs? What a weird business model !!

Here is how to reproduce it:

1) Install Plesk 7.5.4 on a clean server
2) Update to Plesk 7.5.6
3) Go to control panel login
4) Log in as admin
5) Click on Clients in lefnav
6) Click on the Client's name in the list
7) Click on Edit
8) Change the email address to another one
9) Click on OK
10) If you click again on Edit, the old e-mail address is still their.

Can you please post a fix or at least tell me a work around for that problem?
