Resolved Cannot disable ModSecurity rule

Hi,

I can not turn off ModSecurity rule.

I tried this:
Cannot disable ModSecurity rules via Switch off security rules in Plesk

It wokrs, but I need this rule turn off globally for all domains.
How to do it?

Resolved. I added a solution from article to the Service Plan.
