HELP ME !!! I CAN"T INSTALL THE FIRST HOTFIX, AND THERE IS NO IGNORE BUTTON !
I believe that in the other thread one of my colleagues already recommended you to contact support - they can help you, and no, you don't have to pay anything. Do you have any problems contacting support?
They didn't answer my question. They only say to print a document and sign, but I won't pay $$$ for a support that is not really a support, it's a bug I hope
Nobody has asked you to pay anything yet, I believe. The document you've been asked to sign is a permission for our support staff to login to your server to investigate the problem. Please let me know your ticket numer, I'll make sure that support will take a good care of you.
