Can't login to MB4

    So I go to update some items in our previously running fine MB4 install and now, all of a sudden, can't log in. Its saying: "Your login is incorrect. Please try again."

    I KNOW its correct. Also when I use the forgot password, MB says it can not find my email (its there according to the database, I checked) or account.

    Need some help here.. how do I regain access to MY billing system?
