Problem seems to be suddenly on EVERY datebase / domain

is there something like a firewall an my CGNAT IP is maybe on a blacklist?

Workaround may be possible with HeidiSQL connection via SSH - but that's NOT a solution, not really

Now i've contacted the support of my VPS provider. Maybe there is a firewall outside of my VPS...

PS: SSH works anyway - so the MariaDB system seems to be consistent

must be the reason, right?
