Hey,

I have problem with update plesk. Autoupdater displays me this error:

DATABASE ERROR!!!
Previous product version is 12.5.30, but previous database
version is 012000018. In most of cases it is result of
previous upgrade try failure. Please, restore previous version
from backup, and try again or contact technical support.

Hi Bogdan1,

did you know, that Plesk 12.5 now has some more "Plesk self repair" options? You might consider to have a look at the manual of Plesk 12.5:

With previous Plesk version, you would have used the "bootstrapper" - repair, if you experience issues, as for example:

For Plesk 12.0.18:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

... but now, with Plesk 12.5, you should try the different "Plesk self repair" options, which detect and repair quite a lot of issues.
