change plesk db from access to mysql/ mssql

Hi,

I have 7.6 / windows 2003 installed with .mdb/ access database. the performance is horrible with over 600 domains.

There are a 450+ tmp files in db folder, and the db size is 80 MB at the moment.

is it possible to change the db engine with out re-installing plesk?

or any suggestions on tweaking current installation for performance.
