Changing prices on existing packages

We have recently changed an existing product's name and its pricing. Looking through our clients who have this product, none of their package details have been changed with the new name or price. Price lock is not enabled on any of their packages.
How do we force through the new pricing and name without resorting to manual editing?

Prehaps it's a a stupid thing to ask, but did you set the "Update Packages" in the bottom of the price page to "Update all packages"?

    Best regards

It wouldn't update their existing packages. Think about it from a customers prespective. They signed up for a package that say is $10.00 per month. Now that package is raised to $20.00 per month, it would be unfair to the customer to start charging them $20.00 and if they use 3rd party such as paypal that will introduce additional problems.

My recommendation is create a new package, phase out the old one and allow customer to upgrade :)

Plesk billing doesn’t look into product table every time it generate an invoice for an existing package, once a product is sold it became a package, thus you can change the package name only from the Database.
