Chaning File Permissions

Hi
This may seem like a stupid question, but i cant seem to find the answer in the documentation for plesk. I am using version 7.5.6. I cant work out how to change a single files permission so that it cannot be written to.
I am running osCommerce and getting this error "Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: C:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\krazykrafters.co.nz\\httpdocs\\oscommerce/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file".
I know i am supposed to click on the lock icon next to the file, but nothing i do to any of the users seems to make a difference, and no errors are given.
Is there any way i can set the file permissions the cPanel and ftp way, eg give a 3 digit number such as 555 and all is done?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should find C:\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\krazykrafters.co.nz\\httpdocs\\oscommerce/includes/configure.php via Plesk File Manager. Next click its icon Permissions. Next find users IUSR_XXX and clear option Modify for it.

still cant get it working. If i change the file permissions, they all get set to deny and the site wont load as it cant read the file.
The current settings are:
Permissions for krazykrafters Allow Deny
Full Control - -
Modify - -
Read & Execute Y -
Read Y -
Write - Y

What should i be setting them to?

Permissions for IWAM_plesk(default) (AD)
Full Control --
Modify --
Read & Execute --
Read Y-
Write -Y

if i go into advanced, there seems to be a whole lot of duplicates with the same name but different settings.
