"Client ID is undefined."

New Pleskian
Hi,

When a client of mine attempts to change the limits for a customer of theirs, they get this error:

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/clients/cl_limits.php:9 psaerror(string "Client ID is undefined.")

Ive tried a few things, including adjusting permissions for the sessions folder and adding:

session.save_path = /usr/local/psa/admin/sessions

to the file

/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini
(I found that on another SW-Soft post)

No luck.

Please let us know how to overcome this problem.

Thanks,
Nathan Stroeder

What exact permissions (user:group) and chmod's did you set for /sessions ?

Mine shows root:psaadm and chmod 770
