    When I try to sync the centralized Mail accounts the following error appears:

    Action Output
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no" ?>
    <packet version="2.2.1.27">
    <reloadObjects>
    <system>
    <status>error</status>
    <errcode>4000</errcode>
    <errtext>Can`t find IP ID for IP (80.237.x.x)</errtext>
    </system>
    </reloadObjects>
    </packet>

    any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I think you should configure your Cmail server and set an IP adress for domain creation.
    It seems you have NAT, and Plesk Expand tries to create domains with Cmail public IP (80.237.x.x), but this IP does not exist in the Plesk CP (Cmail). Right?

    Go to the page:
    Expand -> Centralized Mail -> Mail Server #X xxx.xxx > Preferences.
    And set there a private IP adress from list for domain creation. It should help.
