DRWeb Update problem

Since 2 day i got the following error messages from the Cronjobs.

ERROR: Dr.Web (R) Updater: cannot download drwtoday.vdb (error 1) !
ERROR: Dr.Web (R) Updater: fails to download new files !
See Dr.Web (R) Updater log file for details.

I read the forums and in the Plesk 7.5 there is a simular problem in the past but that was related to DrWeb.

Does anybody have the same problem and what the answer the this problem is???

I got same problem as you

Last time the problem was on dr.web site as i recall and got solve very quick

Lets hope the same this time ( it act exactly as it did last time,a mail about it every 30 minuts from the server)

To be drweb updater more talkative I edited update.pl file and instead of:

$wget .= ' -q -O';

set the following:

$wget .= ' -v -O';

Now update.pl reports the following for me

# ./update.pl
ERROR: Dr.Web (R) Updater: cannot download drwtoday.vdb (error 1) !
ERROR: Dr.Web (R) Updater: --15:52:07-- http://update.drweb.com/unix/433/drwtoday.vdb
=> `/var/drweb/spool/drwtoday.vdb.itRX6May'
Resolving update.drweb.com... 83.102.130.174, 83.102.130.178
Connecting to update.drweb.com|83.102.130.174|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 451 Access denied
15:52:07 ERROR 451: Access denied.

I do not have drweb license, probably there's a problem on drweb side or free 15-mail-only drweb keys from Plesk are not allowed on drweb site for update anymore.. Can somebody check it with valid unlimited drweb license?

I just noticed this in a report after I updated some software. Things like this happen all the time.

BUTT (and everone has a bit butt)

What is the solution?

But problem still exist it come with last update , and yes it proberly same as wath happens way back in 7.5,
Until fix solution come we have the choice off recive 48 letters everyday from the failing update or stop the Scheduled Tasks of dr.web.

I bout cache we are the losers.

In the pack we pay our money for is the option to use dr.web on 15 clients.
Right now you cant use it on any clients!

Big suprise Today Dr.web started updating again, so the error must have been with Dr.web.

now aim getting 48 letter less every day

Yup. Mine just started working all by itself. NOT cool if Plesk thinks this is a feature. Dr.? Is this a feature or a bug. No guts to even reply to this post. I gotta tell ya there are more problems with Plesk than anything else on the market.
