I keep getting the following error... Any ideas on how to fix it?
Go to schedule manager for the server and remove notification for the cron job statistics.
But that doesn't fix the actual issue of the email not working.
That email has nothing to do with email not working. It is an issue with the way they are sending that email and format of it. It is not due to email not working or due to Mailenable. If you are having a problem with email, please post more information.
I understand that, and my inquiry is how could I fix the way they are sending the mail. Shouldn't Modernbill endeavor to make sure all their mail they send out is within specification and standards.
Did you read the email? Did you see what it is running? It isn't ModernBill. It is Plesk and that is the email letting you know it is running statistics.
I apologize, got mixed up, I meant shouldn't the email from Plesk be standards compliant, and thus not run into this issue?
I agree it should. But I am waiting to see what happens in 7.0. At this point we have 6.5.2 operating as good as it is probably going to get. I'm waiting on 7.0 now.
