Expand problem after upgrading servers

    Since upgrade of 3 servers to Plesk 9.5.4 we have Centralized Mail Account Failures that we cannot solve.

    These failures are related to the 'admin' username problem in Expand. Quote:

    "This makes it impossible to manage domains and perform other routine operations on behalf of this user from Expand. If you wish to manage domains of admin, reassign them to another client."

    We have this setup:

    CP1 Linux Plesk 9.5.4 with Expand patch
    CP2 Windows Plesk 8.6 (problem server, cannot migrate to Plesk 9.5.5)
    CP3 Linux Plesk 9.5.4 with Expand path
    CP4 Windows Plesk 9.5.5 with Expand patch
    CM Linux Plesk 9.5.4 with Expand patch, but patched very long ago (4 months)

    How to see error:
    Log into Expand
    Click Centralized Mail
    You will see server and accounts have errors.
    Click on account
    Look at the problems "Snowball Hosting" and "Paddington".

    We do not know how to solve these problems.

    What we have done so far:

    I created Reseller (Snowball Hosting) on each source server. Transferred domains to reseller.

    Please note:

    Centralized mail server has been running Plesk 9.5.4 for about 4 months apparently without a problem.

    Please check entire system to ensure all Plesk Expand patches are installed and working as they should.
