failure: This_address_no_longer_accepts_mail :-(

Hi there,

Upgraded from 7.5.4 to 8.0.0 and on one and only one domain I get the following error messages on all mail accounts. I have rebooted, reinstalled qmail, disabled and reenabled the mail and domain, checked the rcpthosts and local files in qmail control directory, checked bind for that domain all seems to be ok but get this error on every mail account :

Its only for this domain which is really odd :-(

Try disabling Dr. Web if you're using it, and see if the problem clears up.

Am getting the same here. Disabling DrWeb allows me and my customers to receive mail now, but trying to send anything out creates the same error immediately. It's like a relay lockdown or something. Am trying to uninstall and re-install spamassassin but do not think that will fix it honestly. Trying anything.

Ok Disabling DrWeb can receive mail now.

But sending mail I immediately get this error message back in a failed mail:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at wizbonespc.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:
This address no longer accepts mail.

I get this message for any valid email address I attempt to send to outside my server. I do not know where to look next.

I had Dr Web already disabled... We run clean server and I had already re-installed it with the latest version..

How I corrected the problem was shutdown mysql, delete the cleanserver database completely manually, go back in and doing another reinstall of clean server and hey presto started working..

All the settings in the admin interface for clean server *appear* to be the same but there must be something in the old datbase that was causing the mail to not be delivered.
