I just installed Plesk Billing, and when I go to login to the admin area, i get the following error:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 20185088) (tried to allocate 4980736 bytes) in /home/ccshost/public_html/billing/lib-billing/include/translations/en.user.php on line 5607

Anyone know how to fix this error?

Try to increase memory_limit in php.ini to at least 512 to see if it will solve the issue.

Thanks, i just tried that, but still get the same error. I also added more memory to the server, but again same error.

Now the page comes up blank in firefox, but the error message still shows up in IE. The Apache log shows the following if this helps:

    Hi,

How are you uploading your config.php file? Any errors in that file will cause a white screen error.
