FP Extensions are not working as they will not allow my client to Publish via FP. Also when we/he tries to go into "FP Webadmin" from under his domain the following shows up on the page:

Running: Plesk 7.5.5 (fully patched) on Windows 2003 SP1 (fully pactched).

Any idea's?

It seems that there is something wrong with FP Ext itself. At your place i'm was going to reinstall FP Ext if it's also not browsable via IIS manager.

Please explain further on how to test it and how to re-install it as I thought it was part of Plesk.

1. First step to try, follow swarm guidance
2. go to IIS mmc
3. right click server node->properties
4. click mime-types
5. check do you have .exe type, if no click add
6. type .exe in Extension text field
7. type application/octet-stream in MIME-type, twice click OK, restart IIS

Try FP WebAdmin

PS. As I can see you're online try from step 2, if won't help, post notification
John S.G.

The .exe was listed as a MIME type.

I dug deeper after you said that - never thought about .exe needing access (silly me!) - and found that executables were not allowed to run on my clients account. Set it to allow Scripts and Executables to run and BAM! It worked just fine now :)

Thanks a LOT!
