Frontpage "550 conf: Permission denied"

I am a newbie to Plesk and just setup a new domain on my Plesk 8.0 Server w/ CentOS 4.3. My client uses Frontpage to publish and needs to post the content before the domain actually resolves to the server so I gave my client the shared IP address. My client tries to publish content to this new domain through Frontpage using the proper Frontpage username and password and is getting the following error:

550 conf: Permission denied

The httpd access log shows:

66.218.235.xx -- [21/May/2006:23:21:22 -0400] "GET /_vti_inf.html HTTP/1.1" 404 289 "-" "Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MS FrontPage 5.0)"
66.218.235.xx - - [21/May/2006:23:21:23 -0400] "POST /_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc HTTP/1.1" 404 303 "-" "MSFrontPage/5.0"

The error log is showing:

[Tue May 23 13:05:22 2006] [error] Incorrect permissions on webroot "/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/_vti_pvt" and webroot's _vti_pvt directory in FrontPageAlias().
[Tue May 23 13:05:22 2006] [error] Incorrect permissions on webroot "/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/_vti_pvt" and webroot's _vti_pvt directory in FrontPageAlias().

/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/_vti_pvt does not seem to exist. Please help!
