HELP!! License Stuck in "Suspended" state?

    Hello,

    I paid 2 outstanding invoices on 9/8 and the invoices show the that the charges have been approved, but the package info shows "Suspended" and "Package is not active, you cannot perform management actions on it."

    How long should I have to wait? I have invoices to process!


    The client interface is also a mess at https://billing.pleskbilling.com/ once you log in. This is a PLESKBILLING RECURRING - 1,000 CLIENT LICENSE that has been renewing for almost 5 years. Since it predates Parallels purchase of MondernBill, there is no Parallels Billing Key or Plesk Key and I cannot open a support ticket on this issue, nor could anyone in telephone support help me.
