    hi ;
    I want to add my plesk 8.3 server (windows x64 ) to expand 2.2, on registering its return this error;
    "<errtext>[XML] Cannot parse packet - invalid XML or DOM error. Error at file 'xmlPacket', line 2, column 18151: Datatype error: Type:InvalidDatatypeValueException, Message:Value '' is not encoded in Base64 ..</errtext>

    Hi!

    Seems your Plesk server tries to send a license in wrong format to the Expand server.
    Try to execute the following command and give the result.

    Code:
    # /usr/local/expand/sbin/pamon host -ip <IP> -pass <PASS> << EOF
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <packet version="1.4.2.0">
      <server>
        <get>
          <key/>
        </get>
      </server>
    </packet>
    EOF

    Do not forget to change <IP> and <PASS> for real values.

    Do you run exactly /usr/local/expand/sbin/pamon -ip <mypleskserverip> -pass <mypleskpass>? Without host option, << EOF and other lines?

    Another way:

    1. Create a file input.xml with the xml packet:

    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <packet version="1.4.2.0">
      <server>
        <get>
          <key/>
        </get>
      </server>
    </packet>

    2. run
    Code:
    #/usr/local/expand/sbin/pamon host -ip <mypleskserverip> -pass <mypleskpass> < input.xml

    Could you please report a problem to SWsoft support service and post here a ticket ID?
    Then our engineers would be able to research the problem "online" and solve it probably.
    Server root login credentials would be required.

    The support service autoresponder might say that you have no support, but ignore it please. Since we know your ticket ID we can handle the problem.

    Thank you

    Interesting, I've seen similar issues on our one expand server
