How to enable the Parent Permission

igoldman

Regular Pleskian
Hello to every one ,

I am using Plesk Control Panel Ver. 7.5.3

I would like to know how domain user can manage by him self the Parent Permission ?

or if domain account doesn't have enough permission level

the

how client account can do it ?

or if client doesn't have enough permission level , then

how admin account can do it ?

I know how to this through IIS but I would like to know where Plesk CP come into the picture ?

You can change permissions through Plesk file browser.

You don't right
in File manager on Plesk I can change file permission and not the ability to have parent permission.

again , someone else maybe know how to do that ?

That's parent paths done through IIS.

Find the domain in IIS
Right Click -> Properties

Click on Home Dir tab and go to configuration I beleive and check parent paths.

this I already know , I just want to know how to do this through Plesk CP but as I understood , there is no option to that via Plesk CP

It's done under the "Web Directories" area.

Under 7.5.3 you can set the option on virtual directories.
Under 7.5.4 you can set on the root of the domain also.

Many thanks :)

Now my application is running. I've never thought to find it there.
