How to use the File Download module ??

Hey

I cannot find the File Download module when I make a new plan.
I have done a upgrade from 3.2 to 4.0. But cant seems to find the new module in the plan. Only under server->modules

This is the list of Modules under Server->Modules

How can I activate the download module ?
Any settings to do first or ?

Did you have any issues during upgrade? Please make sure that all modules are listed Users -> Plans -> <PLAN_NAME> -> Modules and you did not miss it. I have checked on demo site: http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/sitebuilder/demo/
and on my test installation and "DownloadableContent" persists in Modules section in Plan properties.

Hmmm

Nope no problems at all during upgrade.

The File Download Module does not show up in any of my previous plans OR when I make a NEW plan.

Yes I am looking under Users -> Plans -> "Plan_name" -> Modules.


By the way:

Downloadable Content Module issue

Hi,

Downloadable Content Module isn't working for me either. Any more suggestions? I performed an upgrade from Windows version 3.2 to 4.0.

Same problem

Upgraded from 3.2 to 4 same problem it does show up under Server->Modules but no where else.
