thanks...

Seems incorrect permission there for config file or directory. Try this first:

cd %plesk_bin%
websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=gamesedfx.com

hi , i just discovered that i have deleted the vti_bin folder from the httpdocs .......... i got to know that i wasnt supposed to..so is there any chance of retrieving those folders back.. and also found that there are vti_bin folder in virtual directory.... and is it this which is causing the issues.??

I tried this but I got the following error

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\bin>websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com
'websrvmng' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I found websrvmng.exe was in the admin folder, not the bin folder.

How can I do this ? start>cmd or run?
