    In 10.3.1, within the Customer screen where subscriptions are listed, you have

    * Add New Subscription
    * Show All Subscriptions

    At one time, there was an "Import Existing Subscription," but that is no longer listed.

    Was it moved elsewhere or taken away?

    Hi,

    It was moved away - this was a legacy functionality which worked very bad with a lot of limitations.
    The way to import a subscription from Plesk - go to Plesk, find needed subscription, mark it and click "Add to Business Manager" tool. Make sure that you've already imported the service plan and customer to Business Manager before you try to import subscription.

    Please send me credentials to SSH/WEB and describe the situation clearly - what subscription causes the issues?
    Use private message for sending credentials.

    Hello,

    I checked you second server (XXX.XXX.212.120) and found out that SSO was disabled there.
    "Import" feature doesn't work in this case now - I'll check what can we do with it.
    On your server I enabeld SSO and integration between Plesk and CBM using command
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\billing-integration.exe --command=repair-all

    I created test customer and was able to import him to CBM. After all I removed this test customer.

    Your first server (XXX.XXX.213.110) is still unavailable for me.

    If you have any questions, feel free to find me on this forum.
